Eagles finalize first cuts; roster now sits at 75.

The Philadelphia Eagles have finished the first round of cuts to get to the limit of 75 players by the 4:00 PM deadline. The cuts are as followed: (chart courtesy of Philadelphiaeagles.com)

Villanova running back Kevin Monangai, Emmanuel Acho and JaCorey Sheperd were the final three moves made today to get to 75 players. The Eagles next round of cuts will come after Thursday’s game with the New York Jets. Chip Kelly will have some hard decisions to make when getting the roster down to 53 by Saturday at 4:00 PM.
